For renowned editors in more than 40 countries, Elvin provides more than 50 years of experience in the manufacturing of woven curtain facrics. The company was founded in 1958 and operates a large weaving facility in Cali/Bursa. The dobby and jacquard looms production lines deliver an annual output of 1.2 million running meters of fabrics, 15% thereof are Trevira CS qualities. The in-house design studio creates special design and colour concepts for high-end textile editors. Elvin is evolving into a global brand for curtains.
The company is ISO 9001 certified and received various awards for their performance and products:  the EFQM 2008 local succes award and the RedDot Product design Award, also in 2008.
Since Elvin’s customers are all over the world, the company regularly presents its products at international trade events and was among the first Turkish companies to attend Heimtextil fair in Frankfurt in 1990. The most important export markets are Western Europe and the Middle East.

The Trevira CS line was introduced as early as 1999, and today Elvin offers a broad variety of these flame retardant deco fabrics. The „Elvin Contract Catalogue“ shows the most recent Trevira CS collections. Special reference projects are for example the Bellagio Hotel/Las Vegas and Fairmonth Hotel/Abu Dhabi.

„We need to offer Trevira CS products for the contract market, abroad, but also in Turkey“, explains Elvin’s CEO Osman Canik. „Since there have been legislatory efforts for the standardization of flame retardant fabrics for 5-star hotels in Turkey, there will be a higher demand for Trevira CS fabrics, as our market research indicates.“
