Aznar’s Satin Fr Blackout Receives Great Test Results

Aznar Textile of Spain received very ideal test results of the acoustic absorption coefficient of its fabric Satin FR Blackout. The tests were carried out in the reverberating chamber of the University Polytechnic of Valencia.

The results were obtained for the NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient), Alpha-medio (absorption coefficient) and Alpha-w (weighted absorption coefficient). Aznar’s Satin FR Blackout is woven using special technology which confers a level of Alpha-medio (DB - HR) sound absorption of 63% which complies with the standards of the Technical Code for Construction.

The Satin Blackout can be used in panels and curtains, equally for private use as for public buildings, hotels, ocean liners, auditoriums and conference rooms.
The company carried out the tests with the idea to help its customers to promote and search for new business opportunities for the mentioned fabric.
