Our Group is good innovative thanks to our consultants from universities and people from the business world. If it wasn’t for Prof. Dr. Cevza Candan, Prof. Dr. Ismail Kaya, Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Ali Ozbudun, Assoc. Prof. Gulay Özcan and other contributors and consultants from the universities, and Ibrahim Burkay, Erol Turkun, Ozer Ozbarut, Canan Sönmez Canik, Trevira authorities, Osman Canik and many
other business people we wouldn’t see the future so well and we wouldn’t have this innovative magazine in your hands. The academicians mentioned above and some other academicians taught us how to listen the advices of the business world and the business people told us what they need which briefly was: “We had been producing regular, accustomed products and we were making good profits until we faced harsh and/or unfair competition from the East. Then we had to be innovative to survive. We had to add value on our products, something which Eastern people wouldn’t be able to. We tended to value added products. You should also produce very special and innovative magazines. Something which not only Easterners even Westerners have not done yet.” This was the advice. We leaped up the idea! You can see the outcome in your hands now. This is the story of the born of the only flame retardant textiles’ magazine of the world. Otherwise, we could blindly continue accustomed magazine publishing only. Thanks everybody!
